Recently Amy Stephen posted on her blog a link to an article on thewebtool website. It was a very good list of 10 things to remember when seeking support in the Joomla! Forums. You can read the entire article here.They are all valid and interesting points. New users may read them and cringe when they read about mistakes they have made. Some veteran users may nod their heads while muttering “…grrr…search first…newbies…grrr…”. But for myself, a new user who has learnt forum etiquette, it was very amusing. Here is point 8:
